The fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, and screen porch provide all the comforts of home + local artwork, noteworthy books, and eclectic trinkets from around the world. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids to play safely.
The convenience of this location can’t be beat: 2 miles to MUSC, 2.8 miles to King Street shopping, and 8 miles to Folly Beach, 1.3 miles to local music venue, the Charleston Pour House, 6 miles to Johns Island.
The house is located on a quiet street, local traffic only. Tons of tiny frogs in the yard. Catching them makes for great entertainment for kids (and adults!)
Note: This home is a duplex, my mother lives next door with her friendly blue heeler named Blue —he loves kids and might ask to join in the fun, though the yards are securely separated.
