Summary: They have a policy to clean the rooms every 3rd day. I feel that is too long to go without cleaning a room. We checked in on a Wednesday and our 3rd day fell on the day before checkout. So, they wouldn’t service the room. We went 4 days without trash being emptied, floors swept, or the restroom being cleaned. When asked to be put on the list to have the room cleaned, they just quoted policy.Very unsanitary. Either clean the rooms every 2 days or allow customers to request a cleaning. If you won’t to keep good customers, this is how you do it. emptied
