Our cottage is a 2 bedroom, 3/4 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood near St. George's School. The house is in a fantastic location: choose from three nearby beaches, all within 1 to 2 miles; the Cliff Walk is 1.5 miles away, and downtown Newport is 2 miles away. Flo's Clam Shack, Atlantic Grille and Tickets Bar and Grille are all within walking distance.
The house is fully furnished and has a comfortable open layout. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware and brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and disposal. Also in unit is a washer and dryer. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. There is off street parking and a large backyard with a gas grill. Outdoor shower and patio with picnic table was added in 2019. The house has central air conditioning.
