Take in the breathtaking views from every room of the C&N Country Estate! This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house is nestled on 24 manicured acres surrounded by horse farms. Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the spacious patios, wind down in the 8 person hot tub or roast s'mores around the firepit. Centrally located 13 minutes from downtown Lexington, 12 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park, and 20 minutes from Keeneland. Pickleball court can be set up in the oversized driveway!
Play
Set up a full sized pickle ball court in the oversized driveway! Net is set up in the garage and just needs to be moved outside. We have plenty of outdoor games that can be set up including badminton, corn hole, and the infamous “Costco Axe” game. Take in the views of the property in the large 8 person hot tub. Along with the smaller pond by the back patio, there is a one acre pond at the end of the property which is beautiful for a morning or evening stroll. For an evening of sweets, roast s’mores around the fire pit!
Sleep
Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with oversized Brooklinen towels. Every bed has a luxury Saatva hybrid mattress with Brooklinen sheets. A king bed in the spacious master bedroom, queen beds in every other bedroom. On the first floor, you have the master suite along with another bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and a full sized crib. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to the second floor patio overlooking the property.
Cook
This entertaining kitchen is a chef’s dream! Top end appliances and fully stocked utensils. Le Creuset, All Clad and Caraway cookware. A slow cooker, Instapot, Vitamix, air fryer, food processor, and Keurig with a latte machine are available for guest use. A full coffee bar with a drink fridge is just off to the side of the kitchen. The view from the grill on the back patio is not to be missed!
Entertain
Walk in to the grand living room with plenty of space to gather. A secondary living room attaches to the kitchen with a 75 inch frame Samsung tv and remote controlled fireplace for a cozy evening.
Dine
Directly attached to the kitchen you have a breakfast nook with a 4 person dining table and 3 bar stools. A separate dining room next to the kitchen has a 6 person dining table. Outside on the back covered patio, there is an 8 person dining table and plenty of extra seating.
Extra
You have the entire property to yourself! We also have a newly renovated 2,700 sq ft basement with a secondary master suite with a king bed, living area/tv room, full kitchen. laundry room and kids play area that can be added on for an additional nightly rate if requested. If not requested in advance, the basement is not accessible.
