Summary: MY stay was fine on that day. the problem was that I had reserved a room for the following week Sept 24 that I canceled just fine. The hotel still charged me for the room. I asked for a refund and the support person from Hotels.com also requested a refund but the manager has not responded. I feel that I have been treated unfairly by this particular hotel . I don't like being ghosted, I believe the Patels are good hosts but this particular location must be a problem for them.
