Summary:
Our space is a small studio. It is behind our home on our small farm. Ideal for one, but sleeps
two. No full kitchen, but there's a microwave, toaster oven, toaster and coffee pot, two burner
hotplate. No aggressive dogs please.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). My team is available daily between 8 AM to 11 PM to address your questions and concerns. No cats are allowed 3 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay (breed and size upon approval. No cats, ferrets, or rabbits. The normal sleeping capacity is 2 We Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. The standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged 50% of the nightly rate. The standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Guest Access:
Small yard area in front of the studio and the studio itself are for guests. We are still adding to outside to include a deck.
The Neighborhood:
We live in the country on a dirt road at the end of our neighborhood. Woods and wildlife
surround us on two sides. We are nothing fancy, just quiet, country folks. We love our animals
and our little corner of the world. There is a Food City grocery just a short 6-minute drive from
the house, restaurants within 8 minutes from the house, also, we are convenient to the Strawberry
Plains exit 2 exits down from Pigeon Forge. The road is a dirt road and a little bumpy at one end
so be prepared. Please be mindful of our wildlife friends.
Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in our area except cab, Uber, Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
We are still doing outside projects to make this a great place to visit.
Interaction with Guests:
We are home most of the time working out of the house. We respect guest privacy and appreciate
our own unless we are outside.
