Please note this is an older house and is priced accordingly. It is a great value if you are looking for a cozy stay with character in central LA. Please do NOT book if you are looking for a modern updated stay. There is NOT central Air Conditioning or central heat. Space and wall heaters and a whole house fan serve as climate control.
Home is centrally located in Los Angeles. Located about 15 minutes from LAX and the South Bay beaches (Manhattan, Hermosa, Redondo) and only about 20-25 minutes from Downtown L.A. and Hollywood it is ideal for whatever you have in store in the City of Angels.
Rent the whole house including 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) as well as 1.5 baths, living room, kitchen, dining room, and beautiful backyard & patio combination. Additionally there is an air mattress that is full sized that can be used to sleep additional people as well as a large sectional couch that can sleep additional guests but they must be confirmed with the host before booking.
The house has a washer and dryer that can be used by guests to do laundry. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars. Events are possible at the house but please confirm with the host before throwing events. Pets are also possible but must be confirmed with the host before booking.
