Downstairs is a private 1 bedroom (King Bed) 1 full bath space that does not have access from the upstairs living quarters within the home. Access from the outside staircase only. Downstairs also has a sunroom and its own coffee station. Upstairs is 3 bedroom (bunk beds, 2 twin beds and a queen bed) 2 full baths with a full kitchen and living room. Outdoor Patio on the 2nd floor, for amazing views and an outdoor kitchen with a 75" tv on the ground level. Plenty of seating and space outside for relaxing. Charcoal grill, pellet grill and 2 basket fryer available. Fire pit with access to wood for a small fee (discuss with host). 1 boat slip dock with direct access to the water for swimming and fishing. Location has a shallow sandy bottom, great for kids. Directly across the street from Lake D'arbonne Country Club public golf course. 10 minutes from Wal-Mart, Brookshires Grocery, gas stations, ATM's, restaurants and downtown shopping.
