Newly renovated in 2022 !! This adorable New England cozy cottage in located in the lively Brant Rock Esplanade neighborhood. Itβs a short stroll next door to many restaurants, shops & nightlife (TheJetty, Haddad's, The Hop, Venus etc). The house is across the street from Brant Rock Beach! 3 Bedrooms sleeps 8. Bedroom 1 - king, Bedroom 2 - full and Bedroom 3 - queen and a twin. There is an additional twin bed in the living room). Watch the world go by from the screened-in front porch. The Gorgeous Duxbury Beach is just minutes away.
Linens and towels are provided. Guests will be provided 1 beach towel and 1 bath towel. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
