Five minutes drive to Davidson College and Lowes Corporate. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of towels and linens for your extended stay. Ceiling fan in each bedroom. Tons of closet space. Electric grill on patio. Washer and dryer in unit. 2 close/easy parking spaces, with overflow parking close by, intimate salt water pool just off the back porch, wood-burning fireplace. 850 square ft. Utilities include high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash, and smart televisions in every room. Short-term renters only, please. Length of term flexible. Message for availability.
