This 1,300-square-foot space is a wonderful escape for a group of old friends or a beach-going family or two, offering serene living areas, views that reach both the bay and the gulf, and a neighborhood access point to the beach a three-minute walk away.
Stroll home from a day spent lounging on the sand or swimming in the community pool to toss your towels and swimsuits in the washer/dryer, grab a cold drink from the fully appointed kitchen, and bask in the sea breeze outside on the expansive elevated deck. There's free WiFi to assist you in sharing photos of the day's adventures, as well as a cable-equipped flatscreen TV if you feel like unwinding in the comfort of the air-conditioned living room. At night, you'll find everything you need in the full kitchen - including stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar stool seating, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up - to make a memorable homemade meal with your loved ones.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
