We are excited to offer our home at Dale Hollow Lake at the entrance of the State Park! Our home is a newer home with all newer furniture and appliances!
We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed, TV, cable, new mattress, master bath en suite, walk in closet and door to the wrap around porch! The 2nd bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen size bed, a full size futon, and its own en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom is located on the lower level and also includes a queen size bed with new mattress and en suite. Finally, the 4th bedroom has bunk beds and is located on the lower level.
The master en suite includes a full tub shower combo, double vanity, toilet, and full size washer and dryer. The 2nd bathroom is located on the top floor and has a shower, sink vanity and toilet. The 3rd bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink vanity.
There are 2 sitting/living areas! The main level is our full living room including a 49" TV with cable above the fire place! Sectional sofa, 2 recliner chairs, and ottoman which allow for plenty of seating! On the upper level is another sitting area with a sofa and queen size bed. A TV, DVD player, and Wii game system are available in this room for your movie and game watching pleasure.
The kitchen has a long table with 8 stools available for everyone to gather around for dinner. A coffee bar is also available with a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular Mr. Coffee maker too! The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher! Full set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, blender, programmable crock pot and small hand mixer are all available for help in your meal preparation.
My favorite though is the back screened in porch. Wow!!! This was a big reason why we chose to buy this home. The back porch looks over the beautiful nature of KY. Rolling hill and wooded lots allows for peaceful mornings to begin your day. We have furnished the porch with nice patio furniture for you to enjoy as well.
We also have a full size grill available for your cook out nights.
The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. We couldn't be happier with our location and less than 5 mile drive to the Dale Hollow State Park Marina or less than that to the golf course! You also gain use of our personal boat slip during your rental stay at the State Park Marina!!!
