Expansive wrap-around furnished decks are accessible from all levels, allowing for great views and ample reading and relaxing space. So many options with the beach just a short jaunt away or throw on a bikini and splash down in the private pool or heat things up in the hot tub. The kids will love the first floor game room, where they can enjoy playing air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard, or grab a snack from the fridge.
The whole family will enjoy watching movies and playing video games in the new media room. Two bedrooms share a bath on this level. The convenient elevator makes unloading all of your groceries and luggage a breeze. The second floor features three master bedrooms. A fourth bedroom has exclusive use of the bathroom across the hall. On the top level, you can mix a martini in the bar area and enjoy the excellent views of both the bay and the ocean. The vaulted ceilings give the great room, dining area and kitchen an airy feel, and sliders lead out to open decks. The additional top floor master bedroom has great views and deck access.
