Tile floors, an entertainment center, Queen sized beds, washer and dryer make this unit stand out. 2 bedrooms, each with its own Queen-sized bed.
The main living area has a sofa and chairs, and a coffee table. There is a way mounted TV. Windows are covered with nice wooden shutters. The patio is warm and inviting, we own BBQ grill, and seating for 4 adults. This is a great spot to appreciate the trees and shrubs that set this development apart from the rest.

Great little sunny patio for BBQing, excellent quiet location for adults to enjoy. Just up the street from Capones, and blocks from the instantly popular re-opened Manny's Bar on the beach.
