Summary: Big family house with two living rooms. Huge primary bedroom upstairs. Three other bedrooms upstairs. One downstairs bedroom with bathroom. All showers in each bathroom, no bathtub for kiddos, but it was fine. Owner was very kind and accommodating. Answered my numerous questions. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything and we cooked there numerous times. We are all great cooks and found kitchen had all we needed. Mattress in upstairs primary bedroom was kind of sagging on the edges so you would feel like rolling off bed. My daughter said downstairs bed sagged in the middle so you would roll towards center. Overall a great stay for a family. Easy to go into Tahoe City for groceries and to visit the lake. We did not find the house hot at all, as other reviews mentioned. But we had great weather in high 70’s low 80’s in July. Fans were supplied in each room.
