This listing property sits in 1.25 acre lot with a double wide manufactured home placed in front and 2 rvs (camper trailers) in the back. All 3 units are listed in short term rental platform. Please DO NOT DISTURB other units. If you need anything, message and I will respond back quickly.

"My cozy place is good for couples, solo adventurer, families, business travelers, traveling doctors, nurses, retirees and physical therapist or just looking for a quiet weekend getaway and to look up and see a blanket of stars.
While staying in our double wide trailer home you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful desert sunsets and unobstructed mountain views all situated within a quiet rural neighborhood setting and also the reason we chose a fashionably rustic look for the kitchen... and is newly remodeled.
Ample parking:
Guest are welcome to use the carport and the additional ushape parking in front of the house!
House is equipped with a 40 gallon water heater, please conserve hot water for others to shower.
5 ton air condition/heat pump unit gives this home cold air in summer and cozy during winter.
