Relaxing home centrally-located 1/2 a block from massive trail system. We also have a great deck with awesome views and afternoon shade for expanded living area and even entertaining. We are (very) pet /family friendly with a completely fenced yard. Walking distance to library, gym, hospital, coffee shops, etc. Take the trail system via bike to groceries, Chick fil a, even Walmart-there is even free bike rental barn.
Being that I’m set up for longer stays, you will need to take the garbage out weekly.
I’m usually available to help, in the event that I’m out of town there will be someone local to help. If you are the more independent type and/or you don’t need anything I can definitely respect that as well.
This is in a great little residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. There are great neighbors on either side and a guy a couple houses down who plays the saxophone or guitar outside frequently most of the year. Across the gully is a high school. In the fall afternoons you can hear the marching band rehearse. If you were to stay inside, you can't hear any of this.
Entire house except unfinished basement. Access to yard, driveway, porch, deck. Off street Free parking in driveway.
Outside:
Yard-A fully fenced yard offers convenience and security. Furthermore, there is a dog door (with a panel for security) to add to your convenience.
Deck- The deck is gorgeous and was created with a railing to maximize the tree top views. Great in all seasons, but especially fun in fall to watch the squirrels in the gorgeous foliage. There is a table and chairs as well as a charcoal bbq. There is even a clothesline system if you prefer the scent of fresh line-dried clothes.

Living room:
The living room is warm and inviting and has a cute but non-functional fireplace, a comfortable pull-out couch and a coffee table with storage that easily pulls out closer to the couch for with (or play) on your laptop. There is a smart tv with Disney plus preloaded.

Dining room:
The dinning room is spacious and functional and has a convertible table. Seat 2-6 or fold it up and have a spot to practice your interpretive dance routine.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is a great spot to try out gourmet recipes. It is fully equipped with a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave w/hood, double sink, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, linens etc.

Bedrooms:
The front bedroom is beautiful with its plush linens. It also has a closet with shelves and a rack for storage.
The rear bedroom is striking with the new bed. It is set up with a dresser and a closet with a clothes rod and shelf.

Bathroom:
The tub shower combo is great for a soak. The bathroom is equipped with linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry room:
The newly renovated laundry room benefits from loads of natural light. Washer and dryer are full sized for your convenience. There is ample room for storage here as well. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided to get you started, you supply your own for longer stays.
Miles of trails a 1/2 block away-walking, running, biking.
There are buses about a block away.
There is door dash, instacart and Uber in town.
A car is handy too of course.
