Open concept kitchen inspired by Mexico has a dining table and seating for four guests. Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffee maker. Everything you need to cook for your friends and family.
Kitchen has all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.
Comfy living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV with streaming capabilities.You’ll need to sign into your own accounts.
The condo has one full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The tub was recently updated and bathroom freshly painted.
Four comfy beds for peaceful nights sleeps:
Bedroom 1: king size bed with chaise lounge and tv
Bedroom 2: queen bed, desk with antique chair, and tv
Bedroom 3: smaller bedroom with twin size bed

Bring your furry friends, one dog is allowed. Up to 25 pounds is $100 and anything over 25 pounds is $200. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies and not be left in the Condo for more than three hours unattended. Dogs are NOT allowed in the backyard.

Welcome to our home in Chelsea! An eclectic and culturally diverse neighborhood. Our home is conveniently just 7 minutes walking distance to the silver line (connects to Boston) and across the street from MBTA (bus) free on street parking available until 2 am. Chelsea’s food scene takes you into the kitchens of the Caribbean, Central America, and South America - always tapping into deep connections of home, family and community. We also have some good Italian food. Near urgent care, pharmacy, police and fire station.
Use Chelsea as your base to the North Shore and Salem for museums and seafood, or to into Boston for the many sites of Revolutionary history along Freedom Trail.
Our diverse and vibrant city offers plenty for visitors to do on their day off from sightseeing. Relax in our waterfront, historic parks to see a working port. Take one of several walking tours to discover the rich immigrant history of Chelsea, or take in a stage production at the Apollinaire Theatre in Chelsea Square.

We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! The owner of the house lives here while guests are not staying. Some personal effects may be around. With this in mind we ask that you treat the house with utmost respect.

-Year round neighbors in adjacent condos, please help us respect their homes too by keeping noise down at all times.
-No partier or loud music.
-No use of the back yard.
-Help us keep a shoe free home by leaving shoes by the front door.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.
-No shoes in the bedrooms with carpets.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
