As you drive down the gravel driveway towards the house, you will notice the beautiful natural landscape of Central Oregon with Juniper trees and grasses. There is plenty of space for parking on the circular gravel driveway or in front of the garage.

When entering the home you will be ushered into the main floor with concrete flooring that keeps things cool in the summer, they are radiant heated floors that also keep you toasty in the winter. The main floor also hosts 2 guest bedrooms, 1 full bath, a laundry room, and an office.

The great room is where all the living happens. It is tastefully decorated with lots of comfortable seating for watching movies, reading, or just hanging out. If you're more in the mood for a game, then maybe ping pong? Or, you can go directly outside through the French doors that lead out to the back patio with Adirondack chairs. Back inside, the great room also boasts a wet bar with sink, wine/drink fridge, counter space and shelves with cups and wine glasses so you don't need to go anywhere once settled there. This space was truly designed so that the whole group can be together comfortably and enjoy each other.

The first guest bedroom on the main floor is a quaint room with lots of natural light. It has an adorable twin bed and a pull out trundle as well as a closet and chest of drawers.

The second main floor bedroom is a spacious room with thoughtful furnishings. This room has French doors that lead to the front walkway and allow great views of the natural landscape and morning sunrise. The queen bed is comfortably positioned next to two double door closet spaces. If you are there in the summer months, there is a ceiling fan in this room for your added comfort.

The full downstairs bath is equipped with everything you will need as well as a lots of counter space and a walk-in shower.

Need to get a little work done? No problem - there is a designated office on the main floor with plenty of work space, plugs, lighting, and 2 office chairs.

Once you start to climb the stairs to the 2nd story, you'll notice the natural light streaming through the nearly corner-to-corner windows that span the entire upstairs. These windows generate a sense of openness and gives a unique raised panoramic view of the gorgeous property and Sisters mountain range. The concrete radiant heat flooring continue on the upper floor. There is also a portable AC unit in this space for your comfort. This open space consists of the kitchen, dining, and small seating area. Your eyes will be drawn outside to the newly constructed modern upper patio off of the dining area. This outdoor oasis has chic patio furnishings to sit and relax or enjoy a coffee while getting an immersive view of the sunrise or sunset. The patio also has a gas grill for your seasonal culinary needs.

Back inside there is a large mid-century modern dining table with bench and chairs that comfortably seats 6 to 8 people. Additionally, the upstairs living room features a cute sitting area opposite of the table with a pair of cozy chairs to sit and enjoy your coffee or be a part of the fun going on in the kitchen.

The large modern kitchen has ample counter space and two bar stools along with all the essentials you will need to feed your family and friends! It is beautifully styled with granite and stainless steel counter tops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a farm house sink with a mountain view! Additionally, there is plenty of storage and even some pantry space to meet your needs.

Down the hall from the kitchen is another full bath with tub/shower and, just a few steps later, is the master bedroom. The master is yet another spacious room with amazing natural light, lots of space for storage, large walk-in closet, and a cushy king sized bed. Large windows in this room offer yet another opportunity to awaken to the pink sky in the morning hours, if desired. As with the rest of the house, the furnishings have been tastefully selected. There is also a built in AC unit and a ceiling fan in this room for your convenience.

If outside is where you would rather be, there is a generous sized natural fire pit with skewers ready for smores and a horse-shoe pit is ready for action. Note; any recreational fires are prohibited during the summer months due to extreme wildfire danger.

Or, perhaps you seek some adventures further out or fine cuisine in Central Oregon. Driving distances to nearby towns include: 6 minutes to Sisters, 14 minutes to Tumalo, and 20-25 minutes to Bend or Redmond. World class hiking or rock climbing at Smith Rock State Park is just over 40 minutes away.
If you're here in the winter months and want to hit the ski slopes, Hoodoo Ski Resort is just under 40 minutes away and Mt. Bachelor is about 50 minutes.
