It's only a short 12-minute drive to Downtown Seattle...or walk around the corner to catch the downtown bus.
Just step out the door and walk to the vibrant Greenwood center with your choice of local pubs, restaurants, yoga, groceries and so much more. Green Lake Park is a 10 minute drive away and very popular with the locals and their dogs. Or drive 10 minutes to Golden Gardens Park to enjoy sand volleyball and strolling along the beach. Retreat to this private, professionally designed 2-story home in a walkable neighborhood just 7 miles north from downtown Seattle.

With Carkeek Park to the north and Green Lake to the south, down-to-earth Greenwood is a family-friendly neighborhood with a vibrant commercial zone. An eclectic mix of bookshop cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores are congregated around the intersection of Greenwood Avenue North and North 85th, which is also home to the Taproot Theater, an arty playhouse, and the Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery...all within two blocks walking distance.
Guest have access to all the areas inside and outside of the home with the exception of the lower level closet underneath the stairs and the garage.

The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time.
