Just off of this space, a stunning formal dining room has seating for 8 guests for those intimate family meals. Guests will enjoy having an additional dining space at the large kitchen island that provides seating for 6. The fully renovated gourmet kitchen is truly a chef's dream, with gorgeous granite countertops, high-end appliances, a beverage chiller, and fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare meals. Another family room is tucked away off of the kitchen, and has a comfortable, plush, sofa with a large flat-screen TV. Just down the hall, a large porch overlooks the beautiful oak trees, and with plenty of seating you'll have plenty of room to spread out.
