Summary: Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We asked for basic housekeeping every day, but each day ( we were there 6 nights) was different. The sheets were changed once, which we were told, but on a different day from what we were told. We had a no disturb sign out one morning until we left at 11. Then we were told there was no one was there to take towels, empty trash or make the bed after that. Every day different service or story. Ladies at breakfast kept everything nice, filled and orderly. Good! The people at the front desk protected the manager well- I asked to speak to him twice but they insisted I speak to them instead. People there seemed nice , but seemed not to know what to do . I think we desire a free night based on the aggravation and inconvenience we experienced. There aren’t many places in the area we can stay when we visit. Maybe the Courtyard next time?? We are in a new AC now in center square PA this weekend and last weekend at the Marriott at Glenpointe, NJ. Our adult kids had to change rooms twice due to noisy air co . It’s been an interesting trip/ hotel-wise! We’ve been Marriott / bonvoy members a long time. Only fair to ok overall. PS - the manager was on site each time I asked in the Fairfield.

Summary: The staff were very friendly, but the room appeared to have not been cleaned nor the bed linens changed. The night table was actually sticky; light bulb was missing from the center lamp. There were not enough towels provided initially for the number of guests indicated on the reservation (3). The thermostat did not appear to work. We arrived so late from traveling that we just dealt with it, but it affected the entire stay sadly. The condition of the room was such that we did not feel confident about approaching the staff the next day.

Summary: We only stayed overnight at Fairfield Marriott. The room was spotless. The bed was so comfortable. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was just OK. The toaster was not working well. I bring my own gluten-free bagel since most of these places don’t have any gluten free options so I had a hard time toasting it. But the sausage and bacon and the eggs were pretty good. And the coffee was hot and of course, they had a juice machine. All in all we enjoyed staying here and will come back if we ever come to this area again.

Summary: The property was okay, front lobby and spaces were well maintained. We stayed over a weekend and when we checked in on Friday the shampoos & body wash were not refilled. We requested a refill the following day, but were told cleaning services are not available. Hotels I've stayed at in the past would refresh towels at minimum, but our old towels were still in the bathroom.
Breakfast was also very mediocre. Not many options at all. Again I've stayed at similar hotels and have experienced much better breakfasts..
