Home has an amazing floor plan with large bedrooms, open living/dining area, large lower level family room, multiple decks... perfect for entertaining, fireplace, lots of windows (to enjoy views) and has been recently updated w/oak flooring, tile, paint and more! Plenty of parking w/add'l.
Fire pit area, fish cleaning station and 10x40 slip. Community ramp next door.

55 mm on the Lake is close to Captain Ron's, Bear Bottom waterpark, Surfside, and the wet spot.
