The apartment is located in a 3 family building. The apartment is private and located on the 3rd Floor. You will be the only ones staying in there, it is not being shared with anybody. I don't live in this building, but my mother lives on the first floor. I live 5 minutes away from the apartment, so, feel comfortable to ask if you need any assistance, you won't have any problems as I will be just a phone call away.
