Summary: I messaged property early with mobility issues. They not only didn’t respond , we had to use rickety stairs with a broken rail. Someone is going to get hurt. The light in bathroom flashed on and off like a strobe light. I also for the first time ever did not feel safe in a motel , just seemed shady around. All that aside, I was so impressed with who ever cleaned the room. It was spotless. Kudos to their house keepers and whoever maintains the outside. It looks very nice. Just too many issues and not ones that the lady at desk even seemed interested in hearing about.
