The Space
Welcome to our brand-new luxury townhome, completed in fall 2024 and located in the vibrant Beacon Hill neighborhood! Thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, the home features heating and cooling on all three floors and heated tile floors in both bathrooms for an added touch of luxury.
You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a rooftop deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the view. On clear days, you might even catch a peek at majestic Mount Rainier right from the home.

Parking:
The home includes 1 assigned parking spot behind the building, with plenty of free street parking nearby. No permits or meters are required. Public transit is also conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore all that Seattle has to offer. For those who enjoy walking or biking, a newly added city bike lane runs along the main street in front of the property for a safe and scenic commute.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, except for the utility closets located on the first floor.
Security:
For your safety and ours, we have installed a doorbell security camera our home. It will be on at all times.
Other things to note:
While I am not physically present on the property, I am always available and just a quick message away if you need any assistance during your stay.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load and run the dishwasher
- Empty all trash and recycling
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked
- Scan QR code by front door to notify our cleaners of your departure
