Enter to find this newly renovated home has been painted inside and out and has numerous upgrades which include porcelain tile and rich travertine flooring throughout the home. The marble landing pieces add an elegant touch too.
There is a gracious living room upon entering which also includes a quiet dining area for you to enjoy. The pull-out couch can provide sleeping comfort to your extra guests.
Kitchen:
Walking into the kitchen you will find gorgeous granite countertops and a seated bar height counter for ease of conversations and to serve your guests.
More than ample cupboard and counter space allow you freedom to cook. Several appliances are provided including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, kettle, baking ware, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans etc. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, large refrigerator and trash disposal unit.
The elegant dining arrangement set for six includes a gorgeous modern crystal chandelier and a beautiful view of the pool.
Living Area:
The first-class living room here can seat all your guests or you can stretch out to enjoy a quiet movie night in or sporting event on the flat-screen tv.
Of course, free wi-fi and local calling is available. A comfortable computer desk area is here to take care of business!
Pool:
Outside you will find the pool with a combination of cushioned lounge chairs and upright seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun. A table with umbrella provides comfortable shade as well. At night, the lighted pool creates a serene ambiance with no rear neighbors close by.
If you choose to cook outside, a barbecue is available.
There is a half-bath accessible to the pool which also leads to the laundry room which includes a washer and dryer and the two car garage.
The garage is converted to a game room which includes a full size ping pong table, a basketball arcade game so you can shoot hoops by yourself or competitively, a foosball table which can be converted to a small pool table or hockey game. We also have bicycles to enjoy the neighborhood!
Four Bedrooms:
Upstairs you will find two tastefully decorated twin bed bedrooms with enough closet space for a short or long stay.
The third bedroom is a nicely decorated queen bedroom suite with its own walk-in closet and full bathroom.
The gorgeous master bedroom suite is accessed through double doors. Here you will find well-appointed furnishings and a pillow-topped king mattress that will no doubt give you a restful sleep. The master bathroom boasts a double sink, floor to ceiling tiled spa shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. The master bathroom accesses its own walk-in closet with plenty of space to hang your business suit, dresses or casual clothing.
An ironing board and iron is provided if needed and a personal safe.
All bedrooms have lighted ceiling fans so that you can adjust your level of cooling comfort.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet and easily accessible to all your needs and activities.
Access the property easily from Highway 4, traveling through Champion's Gate where you will find the important essentials: gas stations, restaurants, the Publix grocery store, banking and much more.
The Champion's Gate Golf Club's national and international courses are available to residents and non-residents of the area too.

Safety:
The front door has an automatic door locking system, required pool alarm, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors in all rooms and automatic power outage lighting is in the home.
Routine Details:
As with any home, the trash has to be taken out. Please utilize the garbage and recycling bins. Recycling is picked up Monday mornings and garbage is picked up Tuesday mornings. Place bins out the night before and return to side of house the day of pick up.
There is no diving allowed and care must be taken to avoid damage to the pool screens. Please supervise children around the pool.
A No Smoking policy is strictly enforced throughout the home.
