Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of SW Maury Island, this house provides privacy in complete style. With a custom beach trail, BBQ's, fireplace, ping pong, sonos sound systems, large outdoor deck and fantastic kitchen- this is the perfect home for family gatherings, special occasions or quiet retreats.
The space
This house was built in 1964 by Vashon family, The Rosenbaums. The family built this property and lived on it for most of its life. It’s an all original FLW inspired gem. All cedar walls & ceilings, with slate stone work and an abundance of built ins, the house is truly one of a kind. The house is on an acre plus of property with the most stunning views on vashon. We receive both sunrise and sunsets due to our unique location. The Maury Island Winery is up the road. The home provides a quiet and very private experience.

No large events or weddings are allowed. No commercial photography or photo shoots of any kind.
Please ensure you update your booking with the total number of guests for the stay. We charge $50 per person per night more more than 6 guests. The home can accommodate 10 people per stay MAX (including children.) Failure to abide by the 10 person max will result in a $100 per person per night additional fee, and you will be asked to check out without a refund.
