This newly remodeled townhouse is sure to please with plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy spending time together. Located behind a secured gate, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 patios, shuffleboard and a walking distance to the Zoo!

Security camera installed outside, this is the only camera and is used for security purposes and to monitor guest count.
The entire complex is gated and secured - to leave the property you need to pull your car up very close to the gate to activate the opening. If you leave on foot - you will use a key provided to unlock a gate.
TRASH - city picks up early WEDNESDAY, please roll city trash & recycling cans to Lead Ave curb using the gate remote to open the gate on Thursday night or early Wednesday.
