Beautiful, spacious, 4 BR, 2 1/2 Bath, reverse living house with multiple ocean views inside and outside. Gorgeous contemporary kitchen with granite counters, and deluxe stainless steel appliances. Large ocean view rooftop deck and oceanview front decks and ocean view back deck, as well as ocean view bedrooms. House is steps (80 feet) from 13th Street Beach, on dead end street. Friday to Friday Rentals in the Summer-Avoid the Traffic. The house was remodeled with new furniture, hardwood flooring, and fresh paint. New large capacity clothes washer and dryer. High speed internet provided. New widescreen HDTV's in living rooms and all bedrooms. There is a large outdoor shower. There is a fenced in back yard, with a HEATED POOL, a large paver patio for dining, and outdoor propane fire pit with multiple outdoor furniture pieces.
Outside enjoy the large back yard complete with grill and outdoor lounge furniture and fireplace. 4000 SF lot has lots of room for outdoor activities. There is off street parking for 5 cars, and once you park here you can walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Family friendly location and street. Beach badges included for 8 people. No superstorm sandy damage because home is at a high elevation close to beach.
ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features in the living areas two large flat screen SMART TV’s with Amazon fire sticks to access all YOUR favorite streaming sources. Each bedroom has a smart TV to stream. We supply high speed internet using a wireless Google mesh system for a reliable WIFI signal.
HEATED POOL
We open the pool each year in late April and have it heated and ready to use by the first Saturday in May. It is serviced weekly and we maintain it at 82 degrees from May through mid October (through Columbus Day weekend). So come stay with us in May and September and enjoy great savings off in-season rates!

About the Owners:
We are Pam & Aaron Apfelbaum and Danielle & Joe Sherman, the new owners of the house.
Pam and Aaron have been renters for the past 7 years and have treasured every moment spent at the Beach House. Danielle and Joe are close friends of Pam and Aaron’s and have been frequent visitors at the Beach House during their stay. We decided to buy the house together because of our family’s mutual love for the beach and the amazing memories shared.
