Welcome to your oceanfront home away from home on Minot Beach. Enjoy the open floor plan, chef's kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and endless views. Please note that this is a seasonal rental and there is no heat in the bedrooms We have heat on the first floor living areas only. We close the rental at the end of October but with New England weather, we cannot predict nor guaruntee the temperatures leading up to that date and want to advise guests of this. The heat in the main living area heats up the space well but if bedroom doors are closed, heat won't be able to get in.
