Visit this sprawling 22-acre paradise tucked on the Alabama/Georgia line only minutes from Downtown Columbus GA. This custom Villa was originally built as an independent fully upgraded guest home with same premium upgrades as the primary residence, including high ceilings, custom lighting and ceilings, a professional level gym, and multiple living rooms. The home is fully furnished, and independent, giving guests full privacy as well as their own parking areas.
The space
For those sunbathers, enjoy an over-sized pool with seating to accommodate the entire family party, an outdoor Ping-Pong table, two covered patios with seating and TVs, and grills (gas and wood pellet).
Like fishing? Spend time at the 5-acre private lake you will have all to yourself. The lake is very well stocked with fish, and fishing equipment is provided. The lake is complete with a covered boathouse with a large sitting deck to enjoy the quiet calm of nature and take in the beautiful views with the family. The boat house makes a perfect fishing spot, and is equipped with a small john boat, a seating area, and a large blue tooth speaker.
While the second house on the property is a private residence and is off limits to guests, visitors still make full use of the property enjoying long walks on paths around over 20 acres. Guests also have their own entrance and exit to and from the home for privacy.
Inside have fun with the family with a game of pool while taking in the views overlooking the lake. The house is furnished with 4 large premium TVs, each connected to the home Wi-Fi and ready to stream the big game in HD. The home is also equipped with multiple WiFi connected speakers (and one portable speaker) so you can enjoy music in one room, outside, or throughout the house.
Don’t miss a workout! The gym is fully equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment including a video tour guided treadmill, bike, and rower via iFit, and a fitness Vault mirror which gives class instruction including Yoga and Pilates. If you are into heavier weights, the dumbbells start at 2lbs and go all the way up to 100lbs. A free motion smith machine with an adjustable cable pully area means you can comfortably workout any way you’d like. Lastly, the gym is equipped with a leg press/hack squat and a back extension machine.
