This place is perfect for quiet get aways and relaxation. St. Pete Beach is only a 10 minute drive away when you want to go out and party and be a part of a noisy scene. Downtown St. Pete is only a 5 minute drive away with all kinds of night life, restaurants and activities.
Tampa is only a 30 minute drive, where you will find all the fun and adventure of a large City.
This is a 4 bedroom home but only 3 are available to guests along with 2 bathrooms.
There is an electronic key pad entry lock. You will be given your personal access code a day or 2 before your arrival. This system will operate according to your checkin and checkout schedule. There is a SimpliSafe Alarm system that will warn you when doors are opened - this will especially help with children so you know if they have opened a door that leads to the pool. This and/or the alarm system will not be set for security unless you request it to be. In such cases you will be given a guest code to turn it on and off as you leave and enter the home.
The owners bedroom will be locked and is off limits to all guests. Please respect the sanctity of our private possessions.
There are locked and unlocked cabinets in the garage of owner's possessions please do not use anything in them without owner's permission or tamper with the locks.
