This is a newly constructed home that was built in 2019 with a spacious open floor plan on the first floor that is great for family and friends to spend quality time together. It contains a full kitchen with an island, dining area, desk, a living area with a TV, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer. Guests can expect to have everything they need to cook family dinners, enjoy a movie or game on TV, or just lounge before heading out to explore all the local attractions Nashville has to offer. Each room on the 2nd floor contains a queen bed with very soft linens and pillows, blackout curtains, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan to ensure everyone gets a great night's rest. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
