Our home is filled with loving "vibes" and all the comforts of home you can think of. We are 8 miles from Sandpoint and 15 miles from Schweitzer Mountain. The most coveted snow skiing in the United States. The City of Sandpoint being the number one tourist destination on the West Coast. The home itself is situated inside towering pines and at the end of a dead end road that is maintained during winter weather. Only the people you invite will even know how to get to you.
"Knapstad knoll" is a 3000 sq ft chalet with 3 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two living rooms, one TV, washer and dryer, and a 2 car garage. There is a heater and two fireplaces. Schweitzer Mountain looks onto the beautiful Selle Valley where rock bottom creeks abound and the lake is known to reach depths of 1600 feet. Canada is a 45 minute drive and hot springs are a must see when visiting. There are also hot springs in Montana as well but Canada hot springs are a must. Spokane is a 45 minute trip and Coeur d'Alene is 20 minutes away. If you want true, small town, kind people, and anonymity, you have found it.
