There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, including 1 king bed room, 1 room with twin bunk beds and a third room with a twin over queen bunk. On the main floor there is an additional queen size sleeper sofa that quickly converts to its own private suite with pocket door, full step-in closet and a full bath across the living room. With sleeping for 11 - no one has to be left out! (and don't let me forget to add... this Seattle home has air conditioning!!)
The large, 6,000 sq ft, fully fenced yard contains a courtyard with outdoor dining area, grassy play space, bbq area, and 3 off street parking spaces in a private driveway. Take your car for your mountain outings and leave it at home while you explore the city with public transportation or easy to grab Ubers! Its all minutes away! Walk to Safeway, Trader Joes, Starbucks, local coffee houses and many, many restaurants and bars.

We do encourage everyone to enjoy the space and the outdoor dining area when weather permits - but request that we respect the neighbors in the late evening hours. (Quiet hours are enforcers at 10 pm). Please inquire for any questions around stays a week or more if our check-in and check-out dates don’t work for you. Happy to help.
