• Mountain Roads: Roads are paved but can be steep, narrow, or slick in rain/snow. 4WD/AWD strongly recommended in winter. No refunds for vehicle issues.
• Wildlife in the Poconos: You’re in nature! Do not leave food, trash, or scented items in your car. Keep doors/windows closed when not in use.
• Shower Amenities: Dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Bring your own if you have preferences.
• Starter Supplies Provided: Includes TP, paper towels, dish/laundry pods, soap + sponge. For longer stays, you may need extras (stores nearby).
• This is a Home, Not a Hotel: We do our best to respond quickly, but there’s no on-site staff.
• Security Camera Disclosure:
For your safety and the security of the property, there is an exterior security camera monitoring both sides of the house, as well as the front door and the sliding deck door.
