A separate living area is also located on the first floor of the home. With a TV, a working desk, and access to the back deck, this room is a great hangout for kids or those needing a bit more privacy. The couch can also convert into a Queen bed if you need to accommodate more guests.

On the top floor, you'll find the master suite with a King bed, a Queen room, and a bunk bedroom with 3 twins. The master suite is arguably one of the best rooms in the house. It has a modern 5-piece en-suite bathroom, and its very own private deck, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the fresh breeze of the morning.
There is also a full bath on the first floor as well as a full bath on the top floor (in addition to the master bathroom). A half bath is also located on the second floor.

The Lake Sammamish State Park and Issaquah Commons shopping center (with a Trader Joe's, QFC, PCC, Starbucks, Costco, and Target) are also just 2 miles away. But for more shopping, you can also head to downtown Bellevue (8 miles) or downtown Seattle (14 miles). The SeaTac Airport and North Bend are also located just 18 miles from home.
Other Things to Note:
1- Although the home is close to I90, you will hardly hear the traffic noise inside when all doors and windows are closed
2- The ground floor's in-law suite features a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom which is convenient for those with mobility issue or need a bit more privacy. Up to 4 people can sleep here.
3- We can accommodate up to 2 pets with a pet fee of $150/pet. Please, ask.
4- The left road (easement) facing the house is private. Please, do not go there.
