The property's upgraded amenities include brand new state of the art appliances, new kitchens and bath, smart tv's, stand alone outdoor shower and even a backyard sitting area with firepit which is extremely rare for Ocean City. This unit has a secondary kitchenette upstairs with a second living room and a total of 9 beds. Room for 2 families, and even three if configured correctly. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Off street parking for 2 cars with plenty of on street parking next to the house and close to all tourist attractions. Beach passes, beach chairs, and a beach cart are included with each rental and 2 new Margaritaville cruiser bikes can be included for an additional fee. Fire up the grill out back, and work out with ocean views on the new top floor open deck in the morning. This place has something for everyone!
