WELCOME to our beautiful, super-safe sanctuary in the trees, high above the traffic and bustle of LA, in the stunning Verdugo Woodlands foothills of Glendale. You will have three bedrooms of a two-floor classic Spanish home, complete with turrets, red-tile roof and adobe walls. Huge yard with sitting area, two dining areas, gas grill. At night, you will hear an owl - maybe all three! Every now and then, deer and coyote pass through the yard.
It's QUIET, yet it's only minutes from the shops and restaurants of classic Montrose and La Cañada/Flintridge, and Glendale's Galleria and Americana malls. Easy access to Downtown LA, the Santa Monica Pier and the Pacific Ocean. Fifteen minutes to Pasadena or Burbank. Abundant hikes to the waterfalls in the Verdugo and San Gabriel mountains.
