Nestled on the shores of Levenseller Pond, down a dirt road, the property is approximately twenty minutes from Camden, Belfast, or Lincolnville Beach. It’s just a short drive to Lincolnville Center and the renowned Lincolnville General Store, filled with history and artisan wood-fired pizzas and treats.
Sparrow Hawk House has a downstairs primary bedroom, a downstairs guest room, and an upstairs loft. You’ll love the cathedral ceilings and beams, the airy and naturally light-filled interior, and panoramic waterfront views. This property is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family retreat. This is a dog-friendly home, with 2 dogs max. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Sparrow Hawk House neighbors its sister property Chickadee Cottage. If you are looking to accommodate a larger family, both are available to rent together. Both properties have their own private dock and lakefront access to enjoy. The fishing is plentiful and the options for fun in the sun are endless. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
