Welcome to our Lake Front property, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, surrounded by about 2 acres of wooded area, providing complete privacy to our guests. Our property boasts a hot tub accommodating 7 people, offering a picturesque view of the lake, kayaks for water activities, and a natural wood fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. The living room is designed with three floors of windows, inviting ample natural light into the space.
Please note that the house can only accommodate up to 10 people and five cars due to our short-term rental license. However, for long-term rentals exceeding 29 nights, this restriction does not apply. We provide starting supplies, including spices, salt, roast ground coffee for the coffee machine, tea, sugar, and much more. A Keurig machine is available for use, but we do not provide K-Cups.
If you are booking within three days of check-in, a late registration fee may apply. After booking, please complete the registration community form and sign the lease. Additionally, we will require a copy of your driver's license or government ID. Please ensure that the names are spelled accurately, as they appear on your government documents when completing the registration form.
