The property owners reserve the right to one side of the dock, where they will have a personal use only pontoon- and will possibly access this pontoon via the side yard and property dock. During this time, property owners will have no access to the house nor use of the yard. The great news here- knowing if you have any issues while you are enjoying this cottage, the owners are nearby and able to assist you immediately! Enjoy the gas BBQ grill, two kayaks and swim toys along with a selection of life jackets all for use during your stay. Pets not allowed at this time.
