Little Red Cottage is a masterfully designed tiny home ideally located in the heart of the island, minutes from shops, restaurants & the beach. Prepare breakfast in a sunlit kitchen & dine at the window bar overlooking peaceful, lush gardens. Re-energize yourself after exploring the island by taking a nap on the window seat or bask in the sun on the private deck with a good book & a cup of coffee. Also, just so you know, we have tried to be environmentally friendly with a waterless toilet.
The space
We wanted to keep the environment in mind when creating the Little Red Cottage so we have used repurposed building materials and furniture throughout the cottage as well as installing a top-of-the-line Swedish composting toilet. Though just 400 sq. ft, the spacious feel will wow you: it has a well-equipped kitchen with coffee (from our local roasterie) and tea provided so that you can enjoy a lovely cup at home. There is also a refrigerator, freezer, stove-top and microwave enabling you to prepare some meals in. In case you would like to dine out we have provided a list of restaurants and coffee shops for you to experience here on the island. Warm yourself by the gas fireplace as you watch your favorite shows on the smart tv, or let your writing juices be inspired at the antique writing desk looking over the beauty and serenity of the garden. Also we have provided a high quality mattress, fine linens and your choice of pillows hoping that you can come and rest well while you stay with us. We hope you enjoy our yard while you sit at your cafe table and chairs out on the private deck or by enjoying the hammock in the orchard.
