Our free-standing studio is located on a private street minutes from the 101 and about a 15-minute walk to downtown Mill Valley. The spacious and modern space comes with parking, a private entrance and its own deck with gorgeous, woodsy view of the valley and Mt. Tam.
The 700 sq. feet studio features a comfy queen bed and full bath, oversized closet, a kitchenette with all of the essentials, dining and living areas, and a convertible sofa bed for up to two additional (small) guests (under the age of 12 yrs old). $20 per additional guest.
It's positioned at the side of the house with its own private entrance and porch, with parking. There's not really a yard connected to it, just nature and great access to hiking and biking trails.
