This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac at the north end of Sea Ranch, where it sits alongside the golf course's greens and fairways. Gualala is a quick 10-minute drive south for groceries, dining, and fuel. For a scenic outing, Jenner and Bodega Bay are further down Highway 1.
Getting Around:
Plan for a 2.5-hour drive from San Francisco (Highway 101 to Highway 1). If flying, Santa Rosa's Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) is the closest option at about 90 minutes east. You'll want a car here -- the winding coastal roads are half the adventure.
