🔸Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed.
🔸Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a $45 fee.
🔸Pets are not allowed.
🔸Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property. If you will have visitors, please let us know.
🔸Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly.
🔸If the guest does not qualify, in addition to confirming agreement with our House Rules, please note that a valid ID and Security Deposit will be required to complete the booking.
🔸Upon booking, you will be asked to present a valid ID for verification.
🔸If you are bringing large vehicles such as vans, trailers, and similar, please arrange for your own parking as they won`t fit in the building parking lot.
🔸To gain pool access, kindly send us first + last names of all adult guests; it`s not required for kids. If we don`t receive names, unfortunately, we can`t guarantee pool access. The pool is open seasonally from June to early September annually.

Violations of the House Rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, and Building Community Rules & Guidelines may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation, as permitted by Airbnb policies.
Security Deposit:
A damage deposit of $500 will be collected up to 14 days before arrival. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, assuming no policy violations, which include House Rules & Building Community Guidelines, as well as damage to the property.
