Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Guests can walk to many local attractions and Paducah’s best bars, shops, and restaurants.
The space
The space is a beautiful open concept condo that reminds me of a soho loft. It has 1900 square feet of space so you’ll have plenty of room- but it still feels comfortable and cozy. While there are no doors on the bedroom spaces, the long hallways provide plenty of privacy. There is a private gated courtyard just off Maiden Alley for outdoor entertainment. The condo is perfect for solo travelers, families, couples, groups of friends, and businesspeople.
There is a free public parking lot behind the building you are welcome to park at. There is also free street parking on Kentucky Avenue.

You will have access to the entire 1900 square foot loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have access to the gated outdoor courtyard.

The condo is located on the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb a flight of stairs.
