**Notice: As described in the pictures, there are two properties on the premise: the big house in the front and small house in the back. My family live in the small house, but we have our own access and entrance, plus there is a fence that separated two houses. However there is one thing to notice, my mom sometimes need to do gardening (about twice a week) around the edge of the back yard. But don’t worry, she is extremely respect your privacy, she just gonna do her stuff and won’t do anything that bother you.
🔥HOUSE RULE
✨ Hot Tub, Swimming Pool: The pool is private. Use at your own risk. Kids under 7 years old should use slide with adult.
- If guests want to turn on HEATED hot tub: Free of charge for 2 hours everyday, after that it will cost $30 for one day (12pm-8pm).
- If guests want to turn on for both hot tub and HEATED swimming pool : $80/day ( minimum 3 days). Please inform owner one day in advance when you want to turn on heater.
Otherwise, the pool and water slide/water fall is available free of charge at any time.
✨ Please respect quiet neighborhood. No noises from 9pm to 8am & No pool activity at all after 9pm.
✨ No loud party/music allowed.
✨No excessive drinking, no smoking indoors, no weed and illegal activities.
✨No parties- Parties are not allowed. This is a vacation house and should only be booked for trips and vacations. Even if this is not a party or if it is a party I must inform you that you may not play music in the backyard after 9pm. You also can not stay in the back yard after 9 pm. We have had an incident where a guest was partying and was playing music in the backyard pass 9 o’clock, this lead to the neighbors calling the police. So please do not play loud music in the backyard. Also please check in with the right amount of people you booked for. For every extra person you have to pay $20.
