Guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 laundry rooms, dock, backyard, driveway, and the large backyard with upper and lower decks.
Ideal set up for multiple families or large groups with a full-sized kitchen, king bed, living room, 2 full bathrooms and separate entrance on the lower level as well as the main floor. The main floor is a 3/3 while the lower level is a 2/2.
